Shahin Terms of Service

Welcome to the Shahin web analytics platform. This agreement is a legally enforceable contract between Atiprozhe Data Processors Co. (hereafter "Shahin", "we", or "the company") and you (the natural or legal user).

By registering, accessing, or using Shahin services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this contract without any conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

"Service" or "Platform": includes the website, APIs, analytical scripts, dashboards, and all tools provided by Shahin.

"User": any natural or legal person who has registered on the platform and uses its services.

"User data": all information that the user sends to the platform to use the service, or that the Shahin script collects from the user's website.

Shahin is a Web Analytics and SEO analysis tool that collects your website's traffic data and presents it in the form of statistical reports.

Advisory nature

Reports and insights provided by Shahin are for informational and analytical purposes only. Shahin provides no guarantee of improving site rankings in search engines (SEO), increasing sales, or business growth.

Uncertainty

Statistical analyses may include some margin of error and should not be the basis for sensitive financial or legal decisions.

Registration

To use the services, you must register by providing accurate and valid information. The responsibility for username and password security is entirely yours. Any activity performed with your user account is legally registered in your name.

Subscription and payment model (SaaS)

Shahin services are provided as a periodic subscription (monthly/yearly).

Free trial period

New users can use the services for free for 7 days. After this period ends, access to the panel requires payment of the subscription fee.

Non-refundable

Given the free trial period provided to fully test the service, after paying the subscription fee, the paid amount is not refundable under any circumstances, except in cases where general and prolonged technical disruption from Shahin has occurred.

You commit not to use Shahin services for the following: 1. Violating the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or related international laws. 2. Covert monitoring, espionage, or unlawful collection of end-user information without their knowledge. 3. Attempting to reverse engineer, copy source code, or penetrate Shahin's infrastructure. 4. Using the service for cyberattacks, sending malware, or generating artificial traffic (Bot Traffic).

Disclosure responsibility

You are required to inform visitors on your website that you use third-party tools (Shahin) for traffic analysis. The responsibility for non-compliance with end-user privacy laws lies with you.

All traffic data collected from the user's website remains the property of the user, and Shahin processes this information solely as a data processor to provide analytical services.

The intellectual property rights of the Shahin platform, including source code, UI design, documentation, analytical algorithms, and proprietary reports, belong to Atiprozhe Data Processors Co., and any copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The Shahin service is provided "As Is" and "As Available".

We make all reasonable technical efforts for service stability, but we provide no guarantee (whether explicit or implicit) of 100% uptime, error-free operation, or no temporary outages.

Shahin may temporarily take the service offline for technical updates.

To the maximum legally permitted extent, Atiprozhe Data Processors Co., its directors and employees, bear no responsibility for the following: 1. Indirect, incidental, and consequential damages (such as loss of profit, customer, or business reputation). 2. Any business or SEO decision made by the user based on Shahin reports. 3. Loss of data due to cyberattacks, force majeure, or user error.

In any case, Shahin's financial liability ceiling toward the user is limited to the amount paid by the user for the most recent month's subscription.

Shahin reserves the right, upon observing any violation of the provisions of this agreement, abuse of the service, or order of judicial authorities, to suspend or delete your user account without prior notice. In this case, no amount will be refunded.

The user can also stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In case of any dispute arising from interpretation or enforcement of this contract, the parties will first try to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no result is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred for final resolution to arbitration by the Computer Trade Organization of Tehran Province, and the arbitrator's ruling is final and enforceable.

Shahin is permitted to change these terms at any time. The new version will be published on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
